Presenting a tailored scope of work, timeline, and commercial proposal to align before moving forward.
Design Phase
Developing the conceptual framework, mood boards, space planning, layouts, and initial 3D visualizations.
Design & Material Approval
Reviewing the final renders, technical drawings, and physical material/finish selections for your approval.
BOQ & Tendering
Compiling a detailed Bill of Quantities (BOQ) and managing transparent cost projections and supplier structuring.
Execution Proposal & Agreement
Finalizing the fit-out and renovation contract, project milestones, and formalizing the execution schedule.
NOC & Approvals
Handling necessary regulatory paperwork, community NOCs, and official authority approvals required for construction.
Procurement & Project Planning
Scheduling material procurement, coordinating joinery and MEP workflows, and setting up the master project timeline.
Project Execution
Overseeing all site works—including civil works, partitions, painting, flooring, lighting, and joinery—under strict supervision.
Snagging & Quality Control
Conducting rigorous quality checks and thorough inspections to ensure every finish meets our high standards.
Handover
Delivering a clean, move-in-ready space for a seamless transition into your newly transformed home or commercial property.
