We offer three distinct tiers to suit different project needs, all of which include direct founder involvement and a single point of contact:

• CN Signature (Full Design): Ideal for clients seeking a complete visual design, featuring concept and mood boards, space planning, materials and finishes, 3D visualizations, and furniture selections.

• CN Bespoke (Design & Execution): Built for clients who want us to manage the project through execution. It includes full design development, 3D visualizations, technical drawings, detailed joinery, BOQ (Bill of Quantities), and trending. This package includes a design fee plus a 10% project management fee.

• CN Turnkey (Design, Execution & Furniture Procurement): Designed for clients who want a completely hands-off experience from design to final styling. It covers full design development, technical drawings, furniture and FF&E procurement, styling, and handover. This includes a design fee, a 10% project management fee, and a 10% furniture procurement fee.
